“Lesli has a unique understanding of how the mind and body work together to produce peak performance. With a strong background in the science of optimal performance and an equally deep appreciation for the role of mindfulness and motivation - Lesli is able to help her athletes achieve a more balanced approach that harnesses those illusive marginal gains to reach the top level.”

“Lesli and I started working together when I made the US Ski Team as an eighteen year old. At that age she successfully engaged me and caught my attention with her knowledge as well as testing and training. Learning to be aware of what was happening to my physiology while we trained, I was able to adapt to different training or healing demands as the cycles fluctuated. With her thoughtful and kind approach, my team and I recovered well, healed better, and ultimately performed at the highest levels. Lesli inspired me to be accountable for my well being and to continue to grow. Thank you Lesli.“

“The Human Express was a demanding project lasting over 40 consecutive days. The data Lesli collected throughout the run helped me make positive changes in my daily routine that contributed to my success. She is goal-driven, knows how to add value, and can stay flexible in challenging conditions. If you ever need a physiologist, she offers real-time, evidence-based suggestions while remaining pleasant and adaptable.”
